Essential Oil Uses - Lavender to Calm the Nerves

LavenderIn a recent study by researchers from King’s College London, lavender oil was found to help people cope with anxiety before a dentist visit.

340 people took part in the study in which some were exposed to lavender oil scent over a four week period. The anxiety level compared to those who did not inhale the scent was much lower.
